Services Provided: 

At Ash&Cole we offer a range of services. These include delivery (drop off only), delivery - setup - collection - clean up and also staffed events. Please do not hesitate to contact us regarding staffed events, if available service staff can be provided at an additional cost. 

Allergens/Intolerances: 

It is your responsibility to notify us of any allergen, intolerance, or dietary requirements. Although we have designated areas and equipment for allergy and intolerances, here at Ash&Cole we prepare our food in a premise that contains allergens. We advise that anyone with a severe food allergy to refrain from consuming products from Ash&Cole. Sorry for any inconvenience. 

Food Policy: 

Any food displays or graze tables from Ash&Cole must be consumed within 90 minutes. Any food consumed after this period Ash&Cole can not be held responsible for.  Please note we use cocktail sticks in our sandwich, wrap and graze platters. 

Display & Equipment: 

All display items and equipment for catering setup at events are provided as rentals. These must be returned in the same condition as they arrived in. If damages occur or items are missing this will incur a charge. Please note we do not provide tables, but can if required. 

Registration: 

We are a fully registered food premise with the local Antrim & Newtownabbey borough council. 

Food Hygiene: 

We have been awarded 5 stars in our 2023 food hygiene rating. We also ensure that all team members have met current food safety and hygiene standards. 

Deposit: 

For event catering a non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order & date in our diary. Remaining payment is required one week before your event. 

Payment: 

Payment can be made via bank transfer, BACS, FPS or cash. All accounts welcome. 

Cancellations and rescheduling can be made up to 2 weeks prior to your booking. Deposits are non – refundable.
